・Our reception hours are 9:00-11:00 and 16:00-21:00. Please come here during reception hours.
・In case of cancellation, please contact us two days before. Cancellations made less than two days before will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
*There will be no cancellation fee if due to bad weather conditions. Please contact us in advance.
・Make sure to contact us, if you'll be late more than half an hour late. If you do not give us any notice, we'll claim the cancellation fee.
・We require ID check. If unable to do so, we cannot lease bikes.
