Classes

Classes contain two to four people, and involve lecturing on the history and culture of Japanese cuisine, table manners, and dashi broth, hands-on cooking, and tasting the dishes as well.

Sushi & Dashi(broth) class

2-6people The minimum is two students.

Price: 5000yen

Time: 2:00pm(approximately two hours and a half to three hours)
