Roujiya won\u2019t pay you back for a repair charge, if the hirer has the bike repaired at another shop.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\"><li>Roujiya accepts no responsibility for any damage due to the trouble and failure of bike.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\"><li>Roujiya will be under no obligation to pay any costs incurred by the hirer caused by the hirer\u2019s acts or omissions.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\uff08Loss\uff09<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the bike gets stolen, the hirer must immediately notify Roujiya.  The hirer must pay for the replacement cost as follows.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; Standard type 20,000 yen&nbsp;&nbsp; Sports type 40,000 yen&nbsp;&nbsp; Electric type 100,000 yen\u3000MTB150,000 yen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Loss and damage of the key and other parts)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>If the bike requires a minor mechanical repair or lost key during the hire period , the hirer must&nbsp;pay for the replacement cost.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\"><li>If the bike suffers a puncture, the hirer will at their cost have the tire repaired at any repair shop but will provide Roujiya the details of any such repair.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Tow - away)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hirer is liable to pay for parking fines and a charge of 4,000 yen occurred during the period of hire&nbsp;to Roujiya who has to pick the bike in their stead.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Period of hire)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unable to return the bike by 9 o\u2019clock in the evening, the hirer must pay the full charge applicable for the duration of the hire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Accidents)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the hirer has an accident the hirer must immediately notify Roujiya.
